Gift Certificates are available in an elegant gift box with an accompanying decorative bow. It would be our pleasure to mail this certificate either directly to you or to the individual of your choice. We can also email any Gift Certificate (without box or bow) to the email of your choice. Gift Certificates are not refundable.

Clients are responsible for their scheduled appointments. We require notice of cancellation in at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations that are not received within the proper time frame are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Clients who cancel the same day or who do not cancel and are not present for their appointments are subject to a 100% fee of their missed appointment. For all services, we may require a credit card or gift card/certificate number when making your appointment. Please keep in mind that due to the nature of the business, there will be a time that we may not be able to accommodate late arrivals, and the client will be responsible for all full-service fees.
