Clients are responsible for their scheduled appointments. We require notice of cancellation in at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations that are not received within the proper time frame are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Clients who cancel the same day or who do not cancel and are not present for their appointments are subject to a 100% fee of their missed appointment. For all services, we may require a credit card or gift card/certificate number when making your appointment. Please keep in mind that due to the nature of the business, there will be a time that we may not be able to accommodate late arrivals, and the client will be responsible for all full-service fees. We at Skin by Nicole understand your time is extremely valuable and we are hoping that you are equally as courteous with our time as well.
